Refund Policy

Appointment Deposits

All appointments require a nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your session and ensures your provider can dedicate time specifically to your care.
Deposits also help prevent unfilled appointment slots that could otherwise be used by another client in need of timely support.

Cancellation Policy

• Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive a credit for the deposit, which will remain on your account and can be applied when you reschedule.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice (no-show) may forfeit the deposit and will need to submit a new deposit to reschedule.

We understand that emergencies happen. If extenuating circumstances prevent you from attending your appointment, please contact us directly—we will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Remaining Balance

The full remaining balance is due at the time of service. This applies whether the appointment is held in person or via telehealth.

Refunds

Due to the nature of personalized, time-based mental health care, refunds are not issued for services rendered, even if care does not meet expectations.

However, Stillwaters is committed to quality and client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please let us know. We will make every effort to review your concerns, adjust your care plan, and improve your future experience. Your healing and trust are our priorities.
